Highest ever employee engagement
HH Global prioritised sustainability as a key differentiator for them but hadn’t invested in carbon projects due to concerns about quality. They wanted to find high integrity carbon and biodiversity projects to support, and engage their teams to reinforce sustainability as one of their core strategic pillars

Sustainability Impact
HH Global were able to meet a number of carbon and biodiversity goals. These included core carbon targets, as well as wider biodiversity targets. For example, projects supported were able to recover 43,000 kg of plastic from waters and deliver over 130 solar lights to communities. This is over and above the carbon impact of the projects.

Company Impact
HH Global were able to drive a highly successful employee engagement programme which reinforced strategy and boosted employee moral. Success of the programme has seen HH Global extend the programme to suppliers and customers.

"Earth Day 2024 had the highest ever levels of engagement for any staff activation. It would not have been possible without Pinwheel’s technology and understanding of carbon and biodiversity projects."
